Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Dallas Arboretum 8525 Garland Rd, Dallas, TX 75218 Garden: A Tasteful Place Overlooking downtown Dallas and White Rock Lake, A Tasteful Place is a 3.5-acre, garden and pavilion inspired by the movement toward growing and eating fresh, sustainable, locally-grown food.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

6pm We recommend arriving by 5:45pm so you have time to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there transportation to/from the party?

Answer

Yes! A bus will pick up guests at the Crescent Court Hotel at 5pm. A bus will be available to take guests back to the Crescent Court Hotel at the end of the party (11pm-ish). Uber/Lyft are also great options. Valet Parking will also be available onsite at the Arboretum. Allow for a 30 minute ride/drive from uptown on a Friday evening.

What's the dress code?

Welcome Party: Dressy Casual This is an indoor event. Ceremony & Reception: Garden Party Formal This will be an elegant outdoor event, with the ceremony and dinner under the stars in the garden. Music and dancing with a live band inside later in the evening. This time of year in Dallas can be unpredictable with daily weather fluctuations. It could be cool so check the weather and bring a wrap/jacket if needed.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our celebration to be a much-deserved night off for you!

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is it okay if I take photos with my phone or camera?

We ask that you please turn your cell phones off during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer & we promise to share them with you!
