Are kids allowed?

Yes! Since you've traveled so far, why not squeeze in some fun family time! The resort is kid friendly and has many areas/activities for them to keep them busy.

Are there babysitting services available?

Answer

Yes, the resort offers babysitting services everyday, until 11pm. It costs $15 per child, per hour.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier the better. December is a popular month for travel, so reserve your room as soon as possible. Please book your accommodations through the Destify website to simplify things for everyone. An RSVP button is also on the booking site. ellineandjason2023.destify.com

How do we book our accommodations?

Answer

Please book through Destify. Prices are competitive in comparison to external booking sites and they offer great payment plans. Destify also helps us keep track of attendance and allows us to update you all throughout the year. Please do not book on the resort website. ellineandjason2023.destify.com

How long should I book our stay?

Answer

The resort requires a 3 night minimum stay for all guests.

Can I book another hotel/resort?

Answer

You can, however the resort is restricted to guests only. We would prefer to have everyone stay at the resort, so we can all enjoy the trip together. If you decide on different accommodations, the entrance fee to the resort for outside guests is $90 per person, per day.

What is the Preferred Club at Dreams Vista?

Answer

We highly encourage our guests to book a Preferred Club room. This gives you exclusive access to the Preferred Club lounge and designated areas throughout the resort, an upgraded suite in a premium location, and enhanced room amenities.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

A meet and mingle will be held at the Lobby Bar at 2pm. Dress code: All white (Resort Chic)

When should guests arrive and leave?

We will be arriving in Mexico, Wednesday the 6th of December . You are more than welcome to join us a day early before the weekend of events. We will be leaving Mexico that Sunday.

Can I bring a date?

If you have a guest option on your invite, then yes! The wedding is strictly RSVP only in order for us to plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Resort Chic or Semi Formal Attire PLS! The more color the better! Bring a light jacket as the wedding reception will be held at the rooftop pool.

Why didn't you register for more physical presents?

Answer

We have been building a life together for the past 6 years and have collected all the necessary household items, kitchen appliances and trinkets two people could want ( & have enough space for). While we have shared many fun times together, we haven't had much opportunity to travel as much as we'd like. Please pick the option that excites you most & feel no pressure to contribute at all. We just want to celebrate with you all. We love you, thanks for being part of our momentous day.
