Some of the most beautiful places in the world require a bit of a trek, this one’s no exception!
Most guests will fly to Mexico City first, then take a short 45-minute flight to ZIH. A touch more travel, but trust us, the margaritas and the beach will make it all worthwhile.
Aeroméxico typically offers 2x daily flights, one in the am & one in the evening. Volaris & Viva Aerobus also operate 1–2 flights per day, though schedules can vary by season. We recommend booking flights sooner, as prices tend to rise & daily flight options from Mexico City are limited.
All weekend events will take place in Zihua. While everyone’s travel style is different, here’s a quick guide: Zihua is romantic, rustic, and real, think boutique inns, lush gardens, & charming small hotels nestled along the bay.
Just a 15 minute taxi away, Ixtapa offers a more modern, resort-style experience with larger hotels, a beautiful marina etc. Both are gorgeous, choose the vibe that feels like your vacation.
