Some of the most beautiful places require a bit of a trek, this one’s no exception!
The easiest way to get to Zihuatanejo is to fly into Mexico City, then hop on a quick 45-minute flight to ZIH. It’s a bit of a journey, but we promise the margarita at the end is worth it.
Aeromexico typically operates two flights a day, am and pm. Volaris and Aerobus also operate around 1-2 flights, but this varies depending on the season.
All of the events will take place in Zihua, but we recognize that everyone has different travel preferences. Zihua is romantic, rustic, and real; think boutique inns and charming small hotels. Ixtapa, just 15 minutes away, is more modern, resort-heavy, and touristy, with a beautiful marina and larger accommodations. Both are gorgeous!
