What are the Venue Covid Mandates?

Answer

As of 5/20/2021: "If you are fully vaccinated, you will not be required to wear a mask. If you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you wear your mask when walking around or standing We understand that this is a very exciting time for some & a little frightening for others. In an attempt to soothe those concerns or areas of discomfort, we will require Arbor Venues staff to wear masks regardless of vaccination. We believe this goes without saying, but we want to remind everyone to respect the privacy, health & safety of all guests that enter our venues and we will do the same. Be kind to one another - we’re all in this together! Any event under 250, guests do NOT need to show a negative test result or a vaccination card." Our wedding will be under this guest count!!

How far away is the venue from the hotel?

Less than 5 minutes walk!

Will the hotel have a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

There will be two times the shuttle will take guests to the ceremony and two times the shuttle will pick guests up at the end of the reception with the last one at 10:30pm. More information soon to come!

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is at the NYSUT lot at 24 Union Street. There is limited on street parking on Pitkin Street and Handicap Reserved spots in the lot next to the venue on Pitkin Street. Valet will be available as well.

Is the ceremony at the same location as the reception?

Yes!

Are there vegetarian meal options?

Answer

Our food is a BBQ buffet style, but we added some vegetarian options.

Will there be a morning after brunch?

Answer

Yes! We will be doing a Dutch brunch the morning after at the hotel for any of those who want to eat together.
