There are many rental cabins and AirBnBs in the immediate area. We have a room block at the SpringHill Suites in Ellijay. Blue Ridge also has more hotels, but it is further from the venue and there will not be a room block there.
This is a busy time of year for the area, so we strongly suggest making any accommodation arrangements as soon as possible.

We have a room block here and are in the process of scheduling shuttles to and from the venue. Rooms will become non-refundable 60 days prior to the event. The room block code is "LATLATA" for a king room or "LATLATB" for a double queen room. Their website has been hit-or-miss, but they will also give you the discounted rate if you call to make a reservation. We recommend also asking about their current (non-block) rates because those have sometimes been cheaper.
