Question
Where should I park?
Answer
Parking space is limited to fifty spaces in the main parking lot off of Lee St. Please give deference to seniors, those with mobility issues, or young children. Lee St. may also have spaces available for guests. Carpooling where possible will ensure a space for everyone. Additional parking is available near Bush’s Park. Please allow an additional 10-15 minutes for walking if parked at Bush’s Park. Bank of the Pacific will also allow parking the day of the wedding.

What should I wear?
Answer
Attire is dressy casual or semi-formal. The ceremony and reception will be hosted outdoors in the Deepwood gardens, which will be mostly shaded. September is often warm in the daytime and cool in the evenings. We recommend bringing a jacket for the evening and checking the weather forecast. Many areas on the Deepwood estate are grassy garden areas with gravel pathways. Block heels or wedge shoes are advised for ladies.

What about the children?
Answer
We are delighted to have children attend our wedding! Deepwood requires children under the age of 16 to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We will be providing lawn games during the cocktail hour and reception time, as well as coloring pages during dinner. We also welcome kids on the dance floor!

Guest restrooms are located near the main parking lot and green house.

Is the green house open to the public?

Yes. Guests are welcome to explore the green house.

Can we explore the gardens?
Answer
Yes! Deepwood contains many beautiful gardens to explore and give photo opportunities. We would love for you to experience their beauty after the ceremony. We ask that you be mindful of any photos of the bride and groom happening in those areas. In order to preserve the gardens, Deepwood asks that guests and children do not climb or hang on any trees or garden features. Please do not pick any flowers or stems from the plants.

Will food allergies be accommodated?
Answer
Yes. Entrees and main sides are gluten free. Desserts will be labeled.
