Are children able to attend?
Answer
We absolutely love your little ones! However, due to the nature of the venue this is an adult only event with the exception of children participating in the Bridal Party.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We desire for our wedding to be an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. For this reason RSVPs are available for only those listed on your invite and extra guests can not be accomodated.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please submit your RSVP and Meal Preference no later than July 09th, 2023.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want our guests to be comfortable and relaxed. We recommend Garden or Semi-formal wedding attire. Please keep in mind Virginia is usually warm and humid through out early September. We also encourage grass-appropriate footwear.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have provided a list of nearby accommodations in Yorktown, VA on the Travel page. Other surrounding areas such as Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg also have a wide variety of lodging available. It is recommended you complete your booking in advance as possible.

Thank you! We appreciate any and all gifts! We currently have a small registry through Zola and Amazon which can be found on the Registry page. We also encourage our friends and family to make donations to the following organzations in lieu of a gift: - Your local animal shelter or rescue - Ocean Conservacy - National Park Foundation - Kooyrigs Inc and NGO

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is free parking on the venue property. In the summer from 9am to 5pm, there is a sign on Main Street (50′ from Smith St), that says “Vehicles not allowed”. Guests have permission to drive around this sign. Go the 50′ and then take a left on Smith St. Guest Entrance and Guest Parking are on Smith St. Free parking within walking distance is also available in Historical Yorktown.
