Question

Is it okay to use my cellphone to record videos and to take pictures?

Answer

Please refrain from using your personal devices to take pictures/videos at the ceremony. We’ve purposefully hired photographers to preform that duty. Your sound, flash, or picture taking posture can disrupt the ceremony as well as obstruct our guests view. This is a very intimate moment for us, and we simply do not want to be recorded by multiple people. We will ask the officiant to deliver this brief message before the ceremony begins. We are more than happy to make sure our family and friends receive copies of the images and professional video that will be made. Photos and videos at the reception are permitted!
