Question
WHAT MEASURES WILL BE IN PLACE DUE TO COVID?
Answer
The health and safety of our guests and family members is very important to us! Therefore, the following measures will be in place for the wedding: We respectfully request that all guests to present proof of full COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. If you are unable to meet these requirements, please let us know as soon as possible. For those who will be attending, masks are not required but if you feel more comfortable wearing one, you are more than welcome to! Please submit proof of vaccination in advance of the wedding using the following google form: https://forms.gle/5dozyzbJn4xJXNA59. If you are unable to use the google form to upload your vaccination form, please either reach out to Jasmine or Will or email a photo of your vaccination card to willyoubemyfoo@gmail.com. We kindly recommend that anyone who is attending a large scale event in the 1-2 weeks leading up to the wedding receive a negative COVID test result as an additional precaution.

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
RSVP as soon as possible! Please RSVP using the RSVP tab on this website or by returning the postcard you received with your invitation. The online RSVP function is based off of the guests name exactly as it appeared on your wedding invitation. If you're having trouble with the RSVP, please send us an email at willyoubemyfoo@gmail.com or call us! Note that the RSVP portion of the website will not be visible until formal invitations are sent out.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
Cocktail or Semi-Formal Attire: Wear tuxes, gowns, suits, cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE BY?
Answer
Please feel free to arrive around or at the latest by 4:30 PM to ensure that you have enough time to utilize the complimentary car valet service and find your seat.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Yes! There is complimentary valet parking right at the front of the venue. If you would like, please also remember to bring cash to tip the valet!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
We love and appreciate all of our guests loved ones; however, our venue's capacity is limited. Please check the RSVP tab to see if your invitation includes a plus one or additional invitees.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Answer
The reception will include a cocktail hour with appetizers, followed by a formal buffet-style dinner. A plated vegan/vegetarian option will be made available for anyone who has identified the need for one on their RSVP.

CAN I POST PHOTOS OF THE WEDDING?
Answer
Yes! and we want to see ALL the photos! Please use the hashtag #willyoubemyfoo in your Instagram captions to help us keep track of everyone's photos. We have hired a photographer and know they will take good care of all of us. So feel free to snap away, just make sure to stay out of their way!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
Answer
Absolutely! We love kiddos. We do request that any children and other guests not originally addressed on the invitation be verified with the bride or groom prior to the wedding day.

WHATS THE BAR SITUATION?
Answer
We will be providing an open bar with beer, wine, spirits, two signature cocktails, as well as multiple non-alcoholic options. We only ask that you please tip your bartenders!
