Flights
There are 3 main airports on Eleuthera; Rock Sound (RSD), Governor's Harbor (GHB) and North Eleuthera (ELH) with North Eleuthera International Airport serving the most flights of the three. Rock Sound, however, is the closest to where the wedding festivities will be held! Airlines offering direct service to Eleuthera (ELH and/or GHB) from the United States include American Airlines from Miami (MIA) or Charlotte (CLT), Delta Airlines from Atlanta (ATL), and Silver Airways or Bahamasair from Ft. Lauderdale (FLL) or Orlando (MCO). Most of these options are available every day of the week but keep in mind that not all of these options are! There is also the option to fly to Nassau on any U.S. based carrier and hop on one of the island's smaller airlines to get to Eleuthera, such as Bahamasair, Pineapple Air, or Southern Air. Another option is to fly to Nassau and take a scheduled ferry to Eleuthera. This takes much longer than a flight but may end up being a cheaper cost. Find what works best for you!
