To kick off the wedding weekend, Jack's parents, Steve Baker and Liz Andrews, are delighted to host a Costa Rican BBQ Rehearsal Dinner catered by our wonderful chef at Rising Tide! As J + J will be having VERY limited speeches at the wedding we will be opening the mic to all who want to say some words of wisdom or crack a few jokes at their expense. Menu - Coffee Rubbed BBQ Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce (sauce on the side,served dry) - Mini Choripanes (Grilled Chorizo in Baguette with Chimichurri) - Classic Cheese Burgers with all the fixings - Coleslaw - Seasonal Tropical Salad with Passionfruit Dressing - Tortilla Chips, Pico de Gallo and Spicy Ginger Salsa Dessert - Classic Costa Rican Tres Leches

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone in Costa Rica, we are keeping the ceremony small. To get the chance to party with all of our loved ones (kids too!), we will be having a stateside backyard reception at Liz and Steve's house in Maine. More details to come.
