Please RSVP by January 25th, 2025
Please let us know ahead of time when you RSVP if you will be bringing a date or child(ren) that may be unaccounted for!
Kids are welcome but please keep in mind that the venue is located within a large natural forest where there may be potential hazards outside of the venue area, as well as two active wood burning fire pits in the reception area. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please let us know if you have any food allergies. We will be serving a variety of breakfast food items, including eggs and nuts. If you have a food allergy, please contact the Venue, Melissa Reeves at (209) 278-5353.
There will be parking staff on site to guide you where to park. If necessary, there will be overflow parking located across the street from the venue at Pineview Baptist Church
There is a "registry" tab on this wedding website. When you click the tab, it will lead you to our wedding registry where you can find all of our wedding wishlist items and gift ideas.
We ask that you dress in formal or semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind that the venue consists of a large gravel driveway and parking area. The walk to the ceremony and reception consists of natural forest trails with a main 25 foot long trail leading to the ceremony that has (approximately) a 10-15 degree slope. We ask that you wear the appropriate shoes for this type of terrain and to be mindful of the possibility of cold weather as nightfall approaches. We recommend dressing in layers of clothing. For example, for women, a formal dress or gown with a warm peacoat style jacket or shawl. Another suggestion for our female guests is to wear dressy or formal style boots instead of stilettos or pumps. If you do choose to wear heels, we recommend something comfortable, closed-toed, and secure on your feet that you feel confident in. We will have blankets, fire pits, and patio heaters to help keep you comfortable and warm, as well as a large wedding tent to keep our guests out of any potential rain or wind.
The Ceremony begins at 3:00pm. But you are welcome to arrive an hour early to check out the venue and walk the forest trails.
We have provided a list of hotel recommendations (under the Travel tab on this website) that are all within a few minutes drive from the venue. The venue also allows tent or trailer camping on site, free of charge, but you must RSVP ahead of time by contacting the Venue, Melissa Reeves at (209) 278-5353 so they can plan for your stay.
Please let us know if you have any special needs, such as wheelchair assistance, trouble with vision that may make it difficult to see the ground, or if you think that it may be difficult for you to safely walk the trails. The venue will have staff on site that will be more than happy to assist and accommodate you.
Please contact Melissa Reeves at (209) 278-5353 and she will be more than happy to answer any of your questions or concerns!
