Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The wedding will be held in a forest venue with some areas consisting of dirt and gravel pathways, as well as some natural forest terrain. Please wear shoes accordingly. *blankets for guests will be provided in baskets near the ceremony. Please feel free to grab one to stay warm!*
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Post-Ceremony, you will follow a beautiful woodland trail up to the reception area. Please feel free to grab a hot cup of coffee or a cocktail and enjoy some appetizers. Cozy-up by the fire pits, or find a comfortable spot to lounge next to the patio heaters. During this time, the Bride and Groom will be taking formal portraits with their close friends and family before making their grand entrance!
5:15 pm - 5:30 pm
Let's all give a big round of applause to the new Mr. + Mrs. Kolb as they make their grand entrance!
5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Find your seats under the big white wedding tent where you will have a dinner menu placed at your seat along with your dinnerware. We will be serving a grand buffet consisting of a variety of breakfast items with a build-your-own breakfast taco bar. So grab your plates, and head on over to the breakfast bars!
6:45 pm - 7:15 pm
We will have the first dance honored to the newlyweds, followed by a father/daughter, and mother/son dance.
7:15 pm - 7:30 pm
Following the first dances, we will start the cake cutting. Please grab a slice if you wish, along with a glass of champagne for speeches and toasts.
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Grab yourself a dance partner and get out on the dance floor! If dancing isn't your thing, sit back and relax in a hammock, or cozy-up by the fire and make some s'mores!
8:00 pm - 8:15 pm
In-between dancing the night away, we will be taking a quick break on the dance floor for the bride and groom’s bouquet and garter toss.
9:30 pm - 10:00 pm
10:00 pm - 10:30 pm
If you can please stick around to give the bride and groom a fun "send-off" it would be very appreciated. We will have a bucket of flameless sparklers (please feel free to grab yours at any time during ceremony hours and have fun with it on the dance floor!) We will use these at the end of the night to make a tunnel for the bride and groom to run through as a fun little "send-off"
10:30 pm - 11:45 pm
If you wish to stick around longer and enjoy the fire, and maybe some more drinks, card games, or s'mores, you are more than welcome! If you have sent in a request to the venue for an overnight stay, please check in with the staff. We just ask that everyone be mindful of the noise level after 9:30pm!
