Kick off the wedding weekend with a fun and relaxed evening at Hotel Xcaret, Playon Viento. Join us for one hour of open bar, tasty tacos, esquites (a local street food favorite), and music. It’s the perfect chance to say hello and start the celebration together. All wedding guest are welcome!

Think elegant yet comfortable colorful attire—flowy dresses, linen or lightweight suits would be perfect. Dress to impress, but also dress to dance!

Wedding Day Details We can’t wait to celebrate with you at the stunning Xcaret Park, where both the ceremony and reception will take place. For guests staying at Hotel Xcaret: Transportation will be provided. Please meet at the lobby bar by 6:00 PM sharp. From there, you'll be escorted to the shuttles and guided to the ceremony upon arrival. For guests staying off-site: Please ask your transportation to drop you off at “Arco de Novios”, the private wedding entrance at Xcaret Park. A wedding coordinator will be there to greet you and guide you to the ceremony. When you're ready to leave for the night, hotel-arranged taxis will be available at the same drop-off point for you to take.
