Andy's culinary home. Jasmine and Andy have been celebrating birthdays here for years, but Andy joined the line in late 2022. Come eat some of the food Andy normally cooks. Don't expect to see them in the kitchen though. They got the week off.
Garfield Park Conservatory
One of our favorite outings in the city! These temperature controlled rooms are perfect for any time of the year. Hang out with some beautiful plants in good company. Free! Just make sure to make a reservation online to make sure you get in in case they're busy.
Chicago River Boat Architecture Tours
This is the number one recommended thing to do for those coming in from out of town! Dress for the weather!

Chinatown
Right off the Cermak-Chinatown stop on the redline. Get some dim sum, some boba, or pick up an adorable baby turtle and watch them grow into a handsome, clumsy friend (would not recommend actually buying a turtle unless you're ready to make a 30 year financial and emotional commitment to a very anxious creature).
The Chicago Diner, Lakeview
Andy and Jasmine's go to date night spot for vegetarian and vegan fare. Try the milkshakes. Damn, they're good.
Rogers Park Social
Our favorite spot for a fancy cocktail! It can get tight in there, but it's very cute.
