When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request RSVP’s are received no later than April 23rd, 2025. Please ensure you RSVP for both the Ceremony and Dinner.

What is the schedule for May 23rd, 2025?

3-320pm: Ceremony at Elegant Celebrations in Collegeville, PA 3:45-5pm: Cocktail Hour at Elegant Celebrations in Collegeville, PA 530-830pm: Dinner at Gaucho’s Prime in King of Prussia, PA Afterwards…TBD!!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm. We have reserved a set time at the venue, so please arrive no earlier than 2:30pm. Additionally, if you arrive after the ceremony has started you will be instructed to remain outside the venue doors until the ceremony has concluded.

Can I bring a date?

Due to space limitations, uninvited guests are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter.

Kids are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Elegant Celebrations does have a parking lot in the rear of the building, however these spots are limited. There is additional parking on the street in the front of the building. We encourage carpooling or using a carshare service, if possible. There is ample parking at Gaucho’s Prime.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and/or dinner?

We are unable to provide transportation.

The dress code is Semi-Formal.
