1. Do I need to book with the group? Yes. We have negotiated an exclusive rate for all of our guests that includes accommodation and access to each of the events. For this reason, please use the provided booking link to book your room. This also allows us to include you with the rest of the wedding party, so you all get the same group benefits. 2. How many nights should I stay? There is a minimum requirement of a 3-night stay in order to receive the group pricing. We would recommend a 4-night to 5-night stay to fully enjoy all the wedding events, the resort and also allow time for local travel and excursions. 3. What is the payment deposit structure for the room? When booking your room through the provided link, a 30% deposit will be required to secure your reservation. The remaining 70% will be charged 60 days prior to your arrival. 4. What if I would like to upgrade my room? If you would like to upgrade your room, please first book a room that is being offered for you and your party. Once you receive your booking confirmation, you can contact our travel concierge team, to inquire about available upgrade options. 5. How do I get from the airport to the resort? For assistance with transfers, DestinationPick will be able to assist you with proper arrangements. The booking link can be found under the "Travel" tab. The hotel is located approximately 40 minutes from the airport. 6. How long should my passport be valid? To travel to Mexico, your passport should be valid during your entire stay. That being said, it is advised that your passport should have 6 months of validity and at least two pages for stamps.
