We met on Tinder and talked for a while before Allison agreed to a date. Once she committed, we went to see the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 movie in which Brad was too oblivious to see Allison's hand open waiting for his. After the movie, dinner was the plan but we just went home without a word. After Brad trying very hard to see her again, Allison finally agreed to a lunch date after some persuasion from a co-worker saying she should meet me because worst case, she will get a free lunch out of it. The rest is history...

Shortly after we had started dating, Allison showed Brad a video of a recipe for margarita ring pops (Like the candy for your finger, but with alcohol). Brad of course had to make a joke and said, "If I ever propose to you, I will do it with one of those." Well, that day came. Brad got the ring pop molds and made the ring pops one night while Allison was with her friends and hid them in the freezer in their shed until the moment was right. The night of the proposal, Allison was away from the house again so he built a blanket fort in the living room and lit a whole bunch of candles. He even made a playlist of songs to play when Allison walked in. When Allison finally got home, Brad started playing Better Together by Luke Combs and gave Allison the biggest hug they had ever shared. After a minute or so of hugging, He got down on a knee and pulled out the margarita ring pop and asked her to marry him. SHE SAID YES!!!!!
