There are a few options for airports to fly into as well as hotels to stay at. You can fly into SFO or Oakland Airport and come to wine country via Lyft or rental car. Alternatively you can take the airport transfer shuttle to the Sonoma airport and then take a Lyft to the venue or your hotel (economical option). You can also fly directly into Sonoma airport depending on from where in the country you are coming (convenient option)! We have room blocks in the hotel listed below.
We recommend booking by January of 2021 (sooner if possible). August is one of the busiest times in wine country (it's harvest season!), so do expect hotels to book up well over 8 months in advance. Our hotel block will likely fill up quickly so please book as soon as possible. Feel free to contact us for other hotel recommendations when full.
Two night minimum stay is required. It is an industry standard in wine country during Harvest Season (Hotel will allow a full refund up to 90 days in advance).

This is a luxury hotel within walking distance of downtown Sonoma and close to the wedding venue (room rates begin at $649). Downtown Sonoma is a fun place to explore and has plenty of restaurants, shops, and downtown tasting rooms. This is where Jarod will be staying. (Less than a 5-10 minute drive from venues)
