FAQs

Tiara and Jared would like to take a moment to answer some questions that you may have as you prepare to share in their special day.
Question

Will there be any special precautions taken in regard to COVID-19?

Answer

Yes, we ask that if you feel ill or experience any of the symptoms listed below, or any other conditions listed by the CDC, please DO NOT ATTEND: Fever, chills, shortness of breath, loss of taste, loss of smell, cough, congestion, nausea, fatigue, muscle aches, or sore throat. While we will miss your presence it is best that we try our best to keep everyone safe. We know that not everyone may want to wear a mask at our wedding, but we completely respect those who do. We won’t be providing masks for guests, though, so if you do want to wear one, please bring your own (bonus points if it’s a stylish mask).

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10:30am sharp. You are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes early so you can get settled. Please don't be those people who walk in while the bride is walking down the aisle.

Question

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal/cocktail attire is preferred. No jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts...I mean you get the picture, right? Suggested attire: A suit, or trouser and blazer combo OR shirt and slacks, with an optional linen or cotton blazer. The tie is optional, but if you're not sure, wear one and you can remove it later. Most dress lengths are acceptable, so long as you don't go too short, and your outfit is still smart and dressy.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to COVID-19 precautions and the number of guests we are allowed to have in the venue space. Our wedding is RSVP only and therefore anyone not listed on your invitation will not be permitted entry.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

With the exception of the children that will be in the wedding, and those who have been exclusively invited and appear on your RSVP, no additional children will be permitted.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please respond via this website no later than August 28, 2021.

Question

What if I RSVP'd but can no longer attend?

Answer

We understand that things may come up, so if you have already RSVP'd and realize you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our guest list.

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Yes. While there is a wedding registry on this website, you are welcome to bring your gifts to the wedding. There will also be a wishing well option for those who would prefer to bless the couple that way.

Question

Can I take pictures or video during the ceremony?

Answer

The couple has hired professional videographers and photographers to capture their ceremony and ask that any photos or recording on your personal device be reserved for the reception so as not to interfere with the hired professionals.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, with the cocktail hour and reception taking place indoors. Please be mindful of weather reports leading up to the big day in consideration of your attire.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please inform the couple as soon as possible.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see our travel section of the website if you plan to stay at a nearby hotel.

Question

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There will be ample free parking for our guests at the venue.
