Step 1: Flights

If you're flying into town, there are two airport choices: SEATTLE-TACOMA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Located in south Seattle, it's a ~2-hour drive to Anacortes depending on traffic BELLINGHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT The closest airport, about a 1-hour drive to Anacortes. Also the tiniest and possibly most expensive depending on where you are coming from.

Step 2: Getting to the Island

Option 1: Rent a Car (or drive if you are local) Guemes Island is about a 2 hour drive from Sea-Tac airport, so you will need to rent a car. We highly encourage you to coordinate flights with others and share a rental car. Reach out to us if you need help! Option 2: Airport Shuttle The Bellair airporter shuttle can take you from Seattle Tacoma airport to Anacortes if you decide not to rent a car. If you are staying at the resort, we will then make sure to have transport to pick you up and take you from there! If not, we are happy to chat with you about other ways to make it onto the island from the airporter drop-off. House Or Rental

Step 3: Accommodations (Airbnb/VRBO)

AIRBNB/VRBO There are multiple funky places available for rent on the island. Guemes Island is fairly small, so everything will be a short drive from the resort. Additionally, we will be providing a pickup and drop off shuttle service for any guests staying on the island on the day of the wedding (Saturday). Rentals tend to fill up in the summer months, so book early! MAJESTIC INN & SPA The Majestic Inn & Spa is a short 3-minute drive to the ferry (and about a 20-40 minute trip total, depending on ferry wait times).

Step 4: Guemes Island Ferry

To get to Guemes Island you will need to take a quick (only 5 minutes!) ferry from Anacortes. The ferry runs from 6:30 am - 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 8:00 am - 10:00 pm on Sundays. Fares are as follows: Walk on - $5.00 per person Vehicle and driver - $15.00 (additional $5.00 per passenger) Important Note: This is NOT the same ferry for the San Juan Islands - the dock is in the town of Anacortes. You will not need reservations.
