No, not as we initially planned. You will receive the above cancellation announcement via mail by the end of January, 2021. As it states, we will be shifting to a 'micro wedding' format with just our immediate families and wedding party. While it is unfortunate that our plans have shifted yet again, this was the best decision for both us and our guests amidst very unpredictable venue and health guidelines. Hotel cancellations are penalty-free and airline cancellations are the same. If you have concerns with either, please let Carly know. As always, we appreciate your love and support!
No! Stay wherever you wish. There are not a ton of Airbnb/VRBO's in GR, but we encourage you to check. There are also a ton of hotels (and traditional bed and breakfasts) downtown. If you want to be in a location that is walkable to fun activities vs. walkable to the wedding venue, downtown is a wise choice.
No, our wedding is adults only. Thank you for respecting our wishes. Even our beloved flower/ring nieces and nephews will be gone by the time the reception gets crankin'!
Yes, pretty easily. We suggest you stay on the sidewalks since 28th street is a busy area. Make a left out of the hotel main entrance and cross 28th street at the East Beltline crosswalk. Then, once you are on the opposite side of 28th, head back West (toward the hotel) - you will see Shaffer Ave on your left, just after QDOBA. Walk down Shaffer for half a mile until you hit the venue on your left.
Yes! Just check the Uber app for availability/timing about 30 minutes before departing, the number of drivers at any given time fluctuates and they could be 2 minutes away or 20 minutes away.
NO. The gates will close and lock after our event and you will not have a way to get it. If you are considering abandoning your vehicle, please park nearby at the Delta hotel and walk/ride with others.
It won't. Our ceremony is outside, so if you see that a sprinkle is possible please pack an umbrella, only AFTER you do a rain dance to scare away precipitation.
