The Travelodge is in the valley (center of Juneau). Rooms are reserved July 1-5 under Jaquette Carroll so as you make your arrangements you will need to tell them the confirmation or discount code included and change it from my name to yours, and include your credit card. The cost for the night is 189 which includes two double beds, free wifi, mini fridge, microwave, free airport or ferry shuttle. This hotel has a restaurant, swimming pool, and exercise equipment.

AirBNB

We recommend an AirBNB or other type of rental while you visit. No discounts, but it is usually fairly priced and you get a bit more comfort. A rental car may be nice for this option as Juneau is land locked, but is spread out!

This rental car company is not in the airport, but can drop cars off and has a lower overall cost. They are older beater cars, like many Alaskans have.

You can fly any airline you like to Seattle, but will need to fly Alaska Air to get to Juneau.
