Travel Note

Driving in Boston/Cambridge/Somerville

For those traveling from out of town, we strongly recommend that you do not rent a car. Driving and parking are notoriously terrible in Boston and we've done our best to keep all locations within walking distance or easily accessible by public transportation. For the Ceremony & Reception: The Museum of Science is a very short walk away from The Kimpton Marlowe Hotel and it is one subway stop away from The Fairfield Inn. (If you're feeling ambitious, you could probably even walk from The Fairfield Inn! It's not particularly scenic, but google says it's only 15 minutes.) While there is ample parking at the Museum of Science, the turn to get in and out of the parking garage is famously not fun. If you can avoid it, we strongly recommend you do so! For the Welcome Party: Remnant Brewing at Bow Market is two subway stops away from The Kimpton Marlowe Hotel and one subway stop away from The Fairfield Inn. It is a 15ish minute drive away from either and we recommend taking a Lyft to avoid searching for on-street parking. If you'd like to share a ride with someone, please us know - we are happy to connect you with other people going from your hotel to the welcome party!

Boston Logan International Airport

Boston is a small city and now that the Sumner Tunnel is re-opened, Logan is a short Lyft/Taxi ride away from the hotels and the Museum of Science. Public transportation is also available from the airport to the hotels and venue.
