Holiday Inn Spearfish-Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

There are blocked rooms available under the Julius/Frideres Wedding. The blocked rooms are not guaranteed to be available, it only locks in the price of the room. When making reservations be sure to call the front desk and give them the group code of "JFW" to get the discounted room price. Other hotels in the area are the Hampton Inn and the Best Western in Spearfish. There are also great options for Airbnb/Vrbos in the area.

Shuttle

Giddy Up and Go Shuttle Service

June 14, 2025 2:15 pm - 12:30 am

A bus will run at 2:15pm and 3:00pm from the hotel to the venue for the ceremony. The bar in the barn will be open at 3pm for guests to enjoy a cocktail and hangout before the ceremony at 4pm. At the end of the night the bus will make 3 trips back to the hotel for guests. Rides are at 10:30, 11:30, and 12:30. The DJ will announce when the bus arrives to take people back to the hotel.
