Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The bar will be open an hour before ceremony start time. Feel free to come and grab a drink before we tie the knot!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a room block at the Holiday Inn in Spearfish, SD. Give the group code of "JFW" to get the discounted room rate when booking. If you have booked and did not get the discount, please reach out and I will contact the hotel to make the necessary changes.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are currently working on booking a bus to transport guests back to the hotel after the reception ends. Vehicles must be moved from the reception hall by 9AM MST on Sunday June 15th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking in the green area past the reception barn. Please do not park up front by the Mercantile or the Farm House. There will be ushers by the barn to direct you to the parking area.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on the Zola website and on Amazon.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

You can RSVP through our wedding website, by mail, or by text at 515-320-6886. If Zola is not allowing you to RSVP for the correct number of people please text to RSVP.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors by the chapel with the reception being indoors.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Feel free to mail gifts directly to our home at 1019 E Dakota Ave, Pierre, SD 57501.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony, please refrain from using cellular devices, as there will be a professional photographer available to capture the moment.
