FAQs

Question

Are my children invited?

Answer

We love your kids- we really do! But we want our wedding to be your day off! Unless they are specified on the RSVP page, we kindly request to leave your kids at home.

Question

What if I need a specific room type?

Answer

Unfortunately, it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like a specific room type under our wedding rate, you will need to request one upon check-in.

Question

We want to visit one of theme parks after the wedding. How do we get a wedding rate after the events to avoid switching hotels?

Answer

We would love to make this accommodation possible for you. Please shoot us an email BEFORE January 15, 2023 with your name and the number of nights. We will do our best to accommodate.

Question

I see multiple events, which events am I invited to?

Answer

Please check the RSVP page as some of the events are small intimate ceremonies.

Question

What is traditional attire for women?

Answer

A Saree is a women's garment that consists of a drape varying from five to nine yards in length and two to four feet in breadth that is typically wrapped around the waist, with one end draped over the shoulder, baring the midriff. Lehenga is a long Indian skirt worn at the waist with the midriff left bare. This skirt is usually worn on ceremonial occasions, festivals and weddings. It is generally embroidered, printed or embellished and worn with a fitted blouse called ‘choli’. Additionally, the lehenga-choli is paired with a ‘dupatta’ which acts as a sari and covers the midriff.

Question

What is traditional attire for men?

Answer

Sherwani (Top) Sherwani is a long coat-like garment. It is worn over a kurta with the combination of either a churidar or a salwar as the lower-body clothing Kurta Pyjamas (Top) Kurta is a long loose shirt, the length of which falls below or may be just above the knees of the wearer. This can be worn in combination with a churidar or salwar as the lower body clothing. This can be worn independent of the sherwani. Salwars and Churidars (Bottoms) Salwars are cut wide at the top and narrow at the ankle. Churidars narrow more quickly, tending to hug the contour of the leg more closely than the aforementioned.
