Delaware Seashore State Park South Campground

Free Option: We booked camp sites here for the weekend of the wedding (Sites: T24, T25, T26, T27, T28, T29) . Maximum occupancy per site is 8 people and 1 vehicle. Distance to first venue is 11 miles (~ 20 min. drive on a normal day). Stay for the weekend and make it a trip! Please let us know if you'd like to claim a spot. AirBnB & Hotels

For those who are carpooling and not camping, you may wish to consider shared accommodations. There are numerous houses in the area for larger groups listed on AirBnB. Availability is subject to your travel dates. Alternately, multiple hotels are located in the stretch that includes the towns of Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey, from North to South. A brief description of each town is below. Lewes tends to be the favorite for those with young children, or for those seeking something more relaxed. Its beach is more sheltered, has calmer water, and is less crowded with out-of-town tourists. The downtown is very walkable with multiple historic sites and museums. Rehoboth is the quintessential mid-Atlantic beach town with its archetypal boardwalk, restaurants, and nightlife. It attracts the most out-of-towners, and also has the highest density. Keep in mind that the central part of town is beset by heavy traffic, while the northern and southern ends are more residential. Dewey, to the South, is less densely populated than Rehoboth. It is known for its party scene, but is still a bit quieter than downtown Rehoboth. The Southern tip connects to Delaware Seashore State Park, where other wedding guests will be camping.
