The sooner, the better but please RSVP by September 1st, 2026.
We’d love to celebrate with you all weekend long! While your arrival time is completely up to you, here is the flow of the festivities: Arrive Thursday: Perfect for those who want to settle in early, explore Santa Barbara, and ease into the weekend at a relaxed pace. Arrive Friday: The official fun begins! Join us Friday evening for our Welcome Party to kick off the celebrations.
Santa Barbara is easily accessible via three main airports. Depending on your origin and plans, here are the best ways to reach the hotels: Santa Barbara (SBA): 10 miles, 15 mins. The easiest option. Fly right into town. A quick Uber or Lyft is your best bet! Burbank (BUR): 90 miles, 1 hr 30 mins. A great alternative to LAX. Often less crowded; rental cars or rideshares are available. Los Angeles (LAX): 97 miles, 1 hr 30 mins: Best for direct flights. We recommend a rental car or the Santa Barbara Airbus shuttle.
Not necessarily! If you fly into Santa Barbara Airport, an uber/lyft to the hotel is about ~15 minutes. Once you are in Santa Barbara, everything is easily accessible via walking or ubers/lyfts!
Yes! Our wedding is black tie. For men, tuxes & dark colored suits. For women, floor length gowns are recommended. The estate grounds at our venue will be soft grass. Recommended for women to wear block heels, wedges, or dressy flats, if possible. For those that have asked, we put together some inspiration here: https://www.pinterest.com/rachwein1/guest-inspo3/ Our welcome party is cocktail attire.
There is no parking allowed at our venue. Please make sure you arrive via provided shuttles.
While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
