Q & A

This page is for any extra questions or concerns that anyone may have. If you have any questions or concerns that are not addressed on here please feel free to contact me @jay.daniels.wedding.2023@gmail.com
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please try to RSVP at least 3-6 months before each event. We understand there are times where last-minute adjustments need to be made, so don't worry if you can't make this deadline for every event.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the ceremony starts, so we have time to seat everyone in their seats. If you do happen to arrive later that is fine, but if the ceremony has started please try to stand or sit in the back to not distrub the ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to financial setbacks, unless your invite says, “and Guest", you can NOT bring a guest. Now, if we missed a husband/wife, life-long partner, or boyfriend/girlfriend. Please contact me.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to financial setbacks unless your invite says, “and Family", you will need to get a babysitter. Now, I know that things come up and babysitters cancel. If you absolutely have to bring your children, please just contact me and we can work something out, but at 8:00pm there is NO acception, NO ONE under 18 is allowed.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please just contact us about the event and what you and/or your party is allergic to and we will find something for you and/or your party to enjoy.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

If you visit our "RSVP Here" tab you will be able to find your name and/or party for each event. You will be getting paper invites to the main events, but the little ones will only be on the website.

Question

If the parents of the children under 18 are okay with their child staying for the After Party, can they stay?

Answer

Absolutely NOT! We are responsible for the cabin/campsites, so if anything were to happen we would be held reliable.

Question

If we are NOT given an “After Party Card”, with my name on it can I still attend?

Answer

Absolutely NOT! Even if you are over the age of 18, if you do NOT get an “After Party Card”, with your name on it, you can NOT come.

Question

Does the “After Party Card”, have to have every person in the parties name on it for everyone in the party to attend?

Answer

Yes. If every person in your party is invited they will either get their own “After Party Card”, or their name will be on it as well.
