Wedding Events

Engagement Party

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.

-Smoking will be allowed in the parking lot, but you must bring your own smoke. -THERE IS NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED! -There will be a beach. So, if you want to swim please be sure to bring your own towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, tanning oil, change of clothes, etc.

Love Shower

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. NO BLACK IS ALLOWED!! BLACK IS FOR THE BRIDE ONLY!! (If you wear black, you will be told to leave. You can however wear white, but DO NOT show up in a wedding dress and/or one similar or you will be removed.)

-They do have a bar but DO NOT overdo it. -There will be smoking allowed outside the venue, but you must bring your own smoke. - Men are allowed! Due to certain circumstances some only will be invited to the “Love Shower”.

Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. NO BLACK IS ALLOWED!! BLACK IS FOR THE BRIDE ONLY!! (If you show up in black, you will be told to leave. You can how ever wear white, but DO NOT how up in a wedding dress and/or a dress similar or you will be removed.)

Place Number One: Red Lobster in Novi, MI - We will be having dinner at Red Lobster in Novi. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY YOUR OWN BILL! - There will be a bar there, but please do NOT get drunk. - If you can’t join us for dinner, you are still welcome at Place Number Two. Place Number Two: My House, 2574 Court Street, Brighton, MI 48114 - We will be having a small party at my house, if your partner is not listed with you, then they are NOT invited. - There is absolutely NO KIDS ALLOWED!! - Food will be provided, but you MUST bring your own drinks. - You MUST bring your ow alcohol. If you are drinking you MUST have a DD and/or you have asked to stay for the night. - You MUST bring your own weed. If you are smoking you MUST have a DD and/or you have asked to stay for the night, unless we have cleared you to drive. - We will have a bonfire. Traditional s’mores will be provided. If you like other things on your s’more, you MUST bring them. - If you would like to stay the night, DM me.🖤

Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. NO BLACK IS ALLOWED!! BLACK IS ONLY FOR THE BRIDE!! (If you show up in black, you will be told to leave. You can however wear white, but DO NOT show up in a wedding dress and/or a dress similar or you will be removed.) Also, DO NOT wear what you are wearing to the wedding to the Rehearsal Dinner.

-There will be drinking allowed, but you must bring your own alcohol. -There will be smoking allowed outside the venue, but you must bring your own smoke.

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. NO BLACK!! BLACK IS FOR THE BRIDE ONLY!! (If you show up in black, you will be told to leave. You can however wear white, but DO NOT wear a wedding dress an/or a dress similar or you will be removed.)

- The Ceremony & Reception are at the Pond Shelter at Bishop Lake. The After Party, if you have an After Party Card, will be at Bishop Lake Campgrounds at the campsites. (Campsites listed will be on the After Party Card). - There will be NO alcohol at the Ceremony, but there will be water & pop. - There won’t be any food at the Ceremony. - You can smoke, but it must be near/in your car or at least 20 feet from the shelter. (You MUST bring your ow smoke). - Please try to sow up 30-45 minutes before the Ceremony starts, so we can get everyone seated correctly. If you do happen to show up late, please stand/sit in the back.
