Please plan to arrive here no later than Thursday, March 19th. Please plan to stay at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Hotel or nearby (Nai Thorn Beach area) on the night of Thursday March 19th, so you can be close to the welcome event. There will be a van/boat service taking us all from the Pullman Phuket Arcadia hotel to the island on the morning of Friday, March 20. Qatar airways is a fantastic airline that offers flights to Phuket from both Heathrow and JFK that you may want to book! Otherwise, there are many flights to/from Phuket from any airport in Thailand you may find yourself. Please book your flights as soon as possible in advance to ensure the best prices!

We will be staying here the night of Thursday, March 19th, before we all head to the island Friday. Our welcome party event is located right next door, and we will all also be picked up here the morning of Friday, March 20th to travel to Koh Yao Yai island. The hotel is located in a gorgeous area and conveniently close to Phuket Int'l Airport (approx. 15 minute drive). We have gotten a 25% discount on 3 different room types which you can book through the reservation form Richard or Taylor will send to you personally once you’ve RSVP’d. These rates will only be available until OCTOBER 31st, so please book your rooms before then to utilize this great discount! The discount is only available through our reservation form so be sure to use this and not any another website! Our wedding will be held at the beautiful island paradise Glow Elixir Koh Yao Yai. A hidden gem on the Andaman Sea, this quaint resort stole our hearts and we know you will all feel beyond comfortable here. Please note our priority for the wedding is having all of our loved ones in the same place, enjoying a gorgeous beach holiday together. -Passports are required for travel to and from Thailand. US/UK passport holders are given a short stay visa upon arrival with nothing more than the arrival/departure form given to you on your international flight there. -Please familiarize yourself with Thailand’s cultural norms and etiquette. Thai people respond best to a big, bright smile and a laid back attitude. The best advice we can give for travel here is to relax, be patient, and embrace all the beautiful differences in life that you will see :-) It is such a special place and we can’t wait for you all to experience it. -ATMs give the best exchange rates so you may want to withdraw cash once you land in Thailand. -Thailand is extremely HOT.
