When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than JULY 1st, 2019. You can RSVP electronically via the "RSVP" page on this website. Please enter your first and last name into the text box to gain access to the electronic RSVP.

How much will my room cost?

Answer

Glow Elixir is made up of 40 private villas. The villas vary only slightly in size and amenities, and please trust us that they are all absolutely lovely. We hope to spend these few days focused on creating beautiful memories together by the sea and sand. That being said we urge you to not put too much importance on your room type. There are 11 villas with private pool, which we have already allocated to certain guests. There are 6 "deluxe" villas and 23 "superior" villas. The deluxe villa is slightly more spacious. Superior Villa price per night: 4350 THB ($138, £109) Deluxe Villa price per night: 5600 THB ($177, £140) *Please note that prices listed here in USD and GBP are subject to change depending on currency exchange rates. *We will add a fee of ~1,000 THB ($35, £30) on top of your room price to cover the cost of transportation to/ and from the island.

How do I book my room?

Answer

PULLMAN PHUKET ARCADIA: Book your room through the discounted reservation form that Richard or Taylor will send you personally after you RSVP. Discount is available until no later than OCTOBER 31st. GLOW ELIXIR KOH YAO YAI: Since we have paid upfront to reserve the whole resort, we will be collecting payments directly from you ourselves. As soon as you RSVP using the "RSVP" page on this website, one of us will contact you privately to discuss accommodation details and how to pay.

How do I get to Koh Yao Yai?

Answer

A van/boat service has been arranged to take all of our guests from Phuket to the island Koh Yao Yai on Friday, March 20th (one day ahead of the wedding). The estimated travel time is 45 minutes to 1 hour. The vans will be picking us up at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Hotel on Naithon Beach at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, March 20th. If for any reason you are unable to make it to the van/boat pick-up at this time, there are other options available. Please contact us if you can't make it at this time.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please join us for a night of Thai food, drinks, and fun at our friend's bar, Drift Beach Club, on Naithon Beach in Phuket. Drift is located conveniently near the airport in the stunning Naithon Beach area. It will be a casual affair, where we can all get together and relax with some drinks, cool music, and delicious Thai food before heading off to the island the next day. For the night of 03/19, we have gotten a 25% discount on rooms at the beautiful Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. Contact us for our special reservation form and book your room before OCTOBER 31st to get the discounted rate. https://www.pullmanphuketarcadia.com/ If this doesn't suit you, there are plenty of hotels nearby if you enter Nai Thon Beach Phuket in your hotel search criteria. You could also stay in another area and be only a short taxi ride away! Either way we hope to see you there that evening!

Can I bring a date?

If there is an “+ Guest” on your Save the Date and Invite then yes! If you find you do not have a +1 but would like one, please feel free to contact us and we can definitely discuss it :-)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the wedding ceremony and reception, let's think "Beach Formal." Certainly not overly-fancy, but let's also not show up in T-shirts :-) Shoes are definitely optional though! For all other wedding events there is no dress code. We're relaxing! This is Thailand, baby!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere. We don't want anyone to have more luggage than necessary, and we actually have plans to move to England soon after the wedding is done. If you wish to gift us, please consider cash funds to help us set up our new home in the UK! Though your presence is gift enough!
