Train

Kyoto Station (Via Shinkansen)

Travelers arriving at Tokyo may take the Shinkansen (bullet train) directly to Kyoto Station. If you’re traveling from Osaka, you can take the Shinkansen to Kyoto or choose the subway and local trains. Since Osaka is close to Kyoto, the trip won’t take long. Hotel

Choosing a hotel really depends on your preferences. We recommend staying somewhere with easy access to public transportation, especially trains. Staying near Kyoto Station would be ideal, as we’ll be providing a “taxi ticket” that can be used for pick-up at Kyoto Station to take you to the wedding venue. More details about this will be shared soon. Feel free to choose a hotel that’s most convenient for you. We usually book our hotels through Agoda or Booking.com to find the best deals.

Wedding Venue (Sodoh Higashiya)

As mentioned above, we’ll provide a cab ticket for you to travel to the venue. Please note that pick-up will only be available at Kyoto Station. If you have other travel options that are more convenient based on your starting location, feel free to use them. Google Maps is very helpful for finding the best routes and transportation.
