FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Janelie, at 224-717-4065.
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate everyone’s children. Children are only invited if named on your formal invitation. Thank you in advance for your understanding and we hope you are able to celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating, plus ones are only invited if specified on your invitation.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, but only for guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Please refer to the "stays" tab to get further details regarding the shuttle service being provided.

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

Please refer to the RSVP tab or scan the QR code provided in your formal invitation to submit your response online. Enter one member of your party to bring up the details and please specify if you are able to attend the ceremony or reception or both. Guests were also provided an RSVP card with their formal invitation, if they would rather mail the RSVP card.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Our reception will be indoors.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered through Zola, Macy’s, Amazon, & Target.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please, refer to the stays tab for a list of hotels and rentals near the area.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there are 150 spots available at Veterans Terrace. There is also an overflow lot where guests may park that is across the street from Veterans Terrace. Also, a parking garage is located in downtown Burlington (224 E Washington St, Burlington, WI 53105), but would require a farther walk for guests.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive anytime after 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, I would recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure enough time to find parking and seating.

Question

What time does the reception start/end?

Answer

The reception will directly follow the cocktail hour at 6:00pm. The final dances are around 11:45pm with guests needing to leave by midnight.
