Question

How far do we have to hike to get to your wedding?

Answer

Don't worry! You don't have to hike at all this weekend unless you want to. The wedding will take place at the center of Convict Lake Resort in the Aspen Grove. Cocktails, dinner & dancing will follow a few steps away under the Tent.

Question

Do we have to camp?

Answer

No! Convict Lake Resort has very nice cabins and the city of Mammoth is only 15 minutes away and has dozens of hotels to choose from. Cabins can be booked now and campsites can be booked 6 months in advance of the wedding.

Question

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any kids at the wedding or reception. If you choose to bring your kids to hang out during the weekend, please plan on having a baby sitter for the duration of the ceremony and reception.

Question

What do we wear to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be semi-formal, which includes suits and ties for the men and dresses for the women. No jeans please!

Question

Is food available at Convict Lake?

Answer

Yes! Convict Lake has a restaurant, food truck, and small convenience store. We recommend hitting the grocery store to stock up for the weekend before arrival.

Question

If we fly into Mammoth, can we rent a car?

Answer

Yes, National Car Rental is located at the Mammoth Airport. The airport is also only 8 minutes away from our venue so we suggest coordinating someone to pick you up.
