Hayley Flannery, soon to be Shofftstall, has been my childhood best friend since 1st grade. My fondest memories of us growing up together include playing soccer, attending school dances, and spending summer weekends at Rushford lake. We have been there for one another to celebrate the biggest moments, the most exciting being our engagements and weddings! Despite moving far away from each other post-college, Hayley and I continued to foster our friendship. She is the friend that always feels like home!

Alexa Hillis

Alexa and I first met when she transferred to Orchard Park High School as a Sophomore. We had a few classes together and both participated in Track & Field. Alexa was known for her infectious laugh and for making you feel so warm. We were friends in High School, but got even closer after Freshman year of college. We spent the entire summer together and fostered a deeper friendship. Alexa is a special type of friend who you can count on. She is the friend I randomly call to say hi, cry, or catch up, and she always picks up. She instantly makes you feel better. She is the friend who I don't see nearly enough, but when I do it's as if no time has passed.

Tricia Wilson

Trish and I met when she transferred to Fredonia during my Sophomore year. She lived across the hall from me and we became fast friends once I learned about our shared obsession for sloths. During our time at Fredonia, we spent almost every weekend together, went for walks across campus, and went to the local "beach" to watch beautiful sunsets. Post-college, Trish moved to Florida and we would meet up during my spring breaks! We have stayed friends through the challenges of transitioning out of college and through the biggest life celebrations! Now, Trish has a beautiful family with her husband and baby boy. Trish is my friend who always checks in on me, provides the best advice, and is such loving & kind person. Although we do not get to see each other often, she is the type of friend who makes it so easy to catch up when we do!

Katie Andalora

Katie and I first met during the last half of college at Club Soccer tryouts. Despite me kicking her in the shins (by accident... I promise), Katie still wanted to be my friend. After a few weeks of getting to know her more, I learned that we used to play high school games against each other! Who knew a few year later, we would become fast friends. During college, Katie was one of my closest friends. During those years, we danced our butts off at the Fredonia bars, traveled to local spots, went on a family trip to Costa Rica together, and attended many of the same Education classes. Katie is my friend who is SO much fun, creative, and down to earth. I am grateful for our continued friendship post-college and for the shared memories!

Carrie Brennan

Carrie and I met during Grad School in 2020. We both attended the University of Denver and were so excited to start our journey from New York to a new and fun city. Unfortunately, our first year of studies was virtual due to the Covid Pandemic and all of our classes were on Zoom. This made making friends a lot more difficult, but eventually I finally messaged Carrie on Zoom to hang out during my Super Bowl Sunday party. Now, Carrie is one of my closest friends who I appreciate for being genuine, caring, and thoughtful. We have shared many memories in our short time in Denver together, my favorite being our road trip to Moab, Utah & Antelope Canyon, Arizona.

Allie Sharpe

Allie and I first met through my Fiance, Jomarie. My first impression was that Allie was such a fun and easy person to get along with. Since then, I have gotten to know her more and have enjoyed spending time with her on group dates (she is married to Noah, Jo's best man), dancing to fun music, traveling to France & London, skiing, and going to local events in Denver. Allie is the type of friend who is always saying yes to trying new things with me. As I've gotten to know her more, I have learned that Allie is beyond kind, positive, and so fun to be around!
