Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm

We’d love for our guests to join us in dressy casual attire. Think slacks, dress shirts, optional ties/ jackets, nice dresses, sundresses, dressy skirts, jumpsuits, nice two-piece outfits, etc. We recommend wearing shoes that can handle uneven terrain.
The ceremony will be located at Big Cove at Camp Kabeyun. Please arrive at the ceremony by 2:45 PM to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 3 PM.
Hawktail Hour
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
After the ceremony, guests can enjoy Hawktail Hour with Pheonix the Red tailed hawk, a bird Jane used to volunteer with at Tailwinds: Raptor Education and Conservation. Enjoy premixed cocktails, beer, wine, nonalcoholic beverages, and small bites before the reception.
Reception
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner will be served buffet style and will feature a delicious home-cooked meal prepared by a friend of the family. While there will be several options to choose from, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can ensure all guests are accommodated for. Additional details about the reception, including the evening's activities and schedule, will be provided day of. We look forward to celebrating with you!
