When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once you receive an invitation, please RSVP here (on our website) by 03/08/2026. You are welcome (and encouraged) to RSVP before this date! Note: RSVP ability has closed.

What is the dress code

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire We are excited to get dressed up and hope you are too however please wear what makes you feel most comfortable. We are overjoyed to celebrate with you and want to make sure we see you on the dance floor :)

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We would love to have all the little ones and plan to be a kid friendly event, however we have allocated for your kiddos within your RSVP so please make sure that your RSVP reflects if they will be attending or not.

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can i bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel room block for guests at Tru by Hilton a few minutes down the road. There are also options via Airbnb and VRBO should you want to forego the hotel. Please see our Travel page for more information on booking your stay.

What is for dinner?

We will be having an all you can eat 2hr made to order street tacos with chips and salsa/queso!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45 pm, which is about 15 minutes before ceremony start at 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! They offer a large parking lot for our event. The lot is immediately to the left as you pull on to the drive. It is a slightly steep hill from the parking lot to the main sidewalk of the venue, if you need accessible parking or a Thompson boy for assistance, please let us know!

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Please make sure you pick it up promptly on Sunday morning. We will be about 10min from the KC airport so there will also be tons of Uber and Lyft options for a fairly good price.
