What is the dress code for the wedding?

Formal Attire! Stick to suits and midi or floor-length dresses! Feel free to add a mountain twist to your outfit!

What will the weather be like?

The average high is 70 degrees and the low is 45 degrees. It can be hot in the sun but cool in the shade! We would recommend bringing layers as the weather changes quickly in the mountains!

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

We love your kiddos but we have limited space, so please either enjoy the weekend off or arrange for a babysitter during Saturday's events.

Where should I park on the day of the wedding?

Answer

A) For those staying in Beaver Creek Village, we recommend that you walk to the ceremony or use the FREE village transportation app, Village Connect, to arrange the complimentary shuttles. Following the ceremony, a private shuttle will then take guests from Cenntenial Station to Saddleridge. B) For those staying outside of Beaver Creek Village, there are free public parking garages in the village - we recommend parking in the Ford Hall Parking Garage by Cenntenial Station and the Chapel. Cars CAN remain in the Ford Hall Parking Garage overnight at no extra cost! There is NO parking available at the reception venue. Following the ceremony, please take the provided guest shuttle from the Chapel/Centennial to SaddleRidge.

Is there transportation being provided on the wedding day?

Yes! There will be a private shuttle near the chapel (Centennial Station) to the reception venue. At the end of the evening, the shuttles will take you back to the pickup area for the complimentary village transportation to your hotels.

There will be an optional welcome party for all wedding guests on Friday, June 20th. Desserts and drinks will be provided. Feel free to arrive earlier and take advantage of spring at Beaver Creek Resort!
