Welcome to Northeast Ohio! We love it here and hope you will too! We've included a few recommendations for places to stay that will put you right in the mix of some of our favorite locales. You can also find several other hotel options in Wooster or Millersburg. **If you are planning to stay in downtown Wooster book early! This weekend is Woosterfest which runs Fri & Sat. Oct. 1st & 2nd. Located on the square in downtown Wooster (Liberty and Market). One of our favorite events of the year and a great way to spend your down time. Check it out on the things to do page! If you are one of our party guests check out DORA in downtown Wooster that lets you bar hop with your alcoholic beverages from one end of historic Liberty St. to the other! Wooster is where we call home but if you plan to visit Amish country while you are here, Millersburg puts you closer to several options like Berlin, Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek and Charm, where you can see the Amish community in real life!

Hotel

St Paul Hotel

203 South Market Street
Wooster, OH 44691

This is a boutique, unique hotel in the heart of downtown Wooster. Smack dab in the middle of excellent bars and restaurants and enveloped by D.O.R.A. (designated outdoor refreshment area). On the pricier side but location, location, location. Enjoy Sunday brunch across the street at Union Square Steakhouse with mimosa flights! Great nightlife options at Meatheads Union, or Flamingo Jacks! Steps from Liberty Square takes you to the center of Woosterfest where you can also find shopping and alternative dining options like Blue Spruce (shopping), The Leaf (excellent breakfast), The Olde Jaol and Prohibition Room (bar/restaurant/billiards) and Basil (Asian Cuisine).

A beautiful historic, affordable and mildly creepy hotel in the heart of historic downtown Millersburg. Steps from shopping and dining. Close to Amish country communities and shopping such as seeing the Worlds Largest Cuckoo Clock in Sugarcreek, Heini's Cheese Chalet or Coblentz Chocolate for some tastings as well as several flea market and antique mall options! If you meet any ghosts on your stay here, be sure to bring them to the party!

The nicer of the 2 options in our area but a bit farther than Cleveland Airport. Distance to downtown Wooster is approx. an hour and a half. To Millersburg, about an hour and 40.

Just under an hour to downtown Wooster, an hour and 20 to Millersburg.
