Matron of Honor
When Caroline moved to New York from Germany in pursuit of her thesis research, I met my soul sister. Her radiance, warmth and kindness made her my home across time and space. If you want to learn something about architecture or the Black Forest strike up a friendly conversation with Caroline. Can you guess what Olympic sport she trained for?
Man of Honor
Jimmy has been my best friend since we met in the first row of organic chemistry while at Cornell. Jimmy might have been at my and Justin's first date, perhaps he will share the story of what transpired that momentous day.
Bridesmaid
Maria and I met in a ballroom dance course at Cornell. She was my instructor, and its easy to see why. She is grace and elegance personified. Maria hails from Moldova and is fluent in 4 languages, can you guess which?

I have known Cynthia since high school when we met through our mutual best friend Amanda. Cynthia is FUN, full of life and quite hilarious. She is the life of the party and if you aren't dancing you can expect that Cynthia will reel you in for some wiggles/shimmies or however else you like to groove.
Bridesmaid
The Chin's are part of our New York family. Mother of Kobe and Evie, often times I tap into Mandy's wonderful nurturing vibes when in need of a hug and open ear. You can look but don't touch.
Bridesmaid
I met Dr. Boutet during my rotation it what would become my thesis lab. Marie hails from France and is both incredibly hard working and fun with exceptional taste. Marie was featured in a music video set in New York City. Learn more about this and more by saying hello.
Bridesmaid
Food writer, food critic, chef, TV personality and voice for the marginalized in the food industry. You may know Marisel from her eponymous instagram account (if not go follow her now), prolific writings or TV appearances but I know her as Mar-Bear. We met at Cornell and hosted many a dinner party together. This was what I like to call the beginning, the rest is history.
Bridesmaid
We met at Mari Vanna through mutual friend Sierra, and instantly connected over our shared love of raw vegetables (elevate the radish), pickles, garlic spirits and profound love of education (she holds a JD and MBA from Columbia). Yana is my partner in arts, culture and the New York Dining Scene. She also convinced me not to go to Kamchatka for vacation. Find out why and say hello!
Bridesmaid
Virishka and I met on a day trip to Storm King Art Center through mutual friend and bridesmaid Maria, and have continued to connect through books, dinners, impromptu long walks and questions of the meaning of life. Vira will ask the tough questions, indeed she was the very first friend who asked whether I saw myself marrying Justin. Can you guess what my answer was? :D
