John and Dan have been brothers since, well, John has been born. They weren't the closest of friends growing up, but as the years went on they both matured. They became inseparable. Dan has been one of the biggest heroes in John's life and has been a big support as well. Even though they live across the state of Florida they aren't strangers to each other.

Joanna and Ereina met as a sophomore and freshman at PBA. Having very similar majors, they became friends and then decided to be roommates for the next two years! They became BEST friends over those 3 years at PBA and still keep up their friendship. :)

Bill isn't just a groomsman but is also the father of the groom. Bill is John's role model for ministry, for being a father, and for being a friend. Ever since John can remember, he has always looked to his dad for spiritual advice, dating advice, and recently cooking advice. Bill has made a big impact on who the Groom is, who he wants to be, and how to pursue God first. Bill isn't just a father, he is a friend!

Autumn and Joanna met at the beginning of their freshman year at PBA. Autumn "adopted" Joanna as her friend and it was a perfect match!!! Even after graduating, they still keep in touch by sending each other music and bonding over their experiences in engagement, and soon-to-be marriage!!!

Grant Tucker

Grant and John met through their college job at Chick-fil-A. They bonded in the "trenches" of coop, the second drive-through building, and built their friendship with talks about StarWars, singing Billy Jean (who isn't our lover), and laughing.

Maia Kran

Maia and Joanna have been best friends since BIRTH! Maia is born two days before Joanna and they've been doing everything together ever since... even having their weddings two weeks apart! Although they don't get to see each other often, they're always able to pick up right where they left off. :)

John and Ian met when the Driscolls moved to Jacksonville. They quickly bonded over StarWars and video games and grew their friendship over time. They never lost contact while at school but always made it a point to catch up and connect!

Cristi and Joanna met in 4th grade in the St. Peter's children's choir! Their friendship blossomed as they bonded over teen magazines and music. Cristi's wedding was the first time Joanna was a bridesmaid, and now Cristi gets to be in Joanna's wedding!!!

John Harris might look old, but he's young at heart. John Harris has been mentoring younger John with his immense amount of wisdom. They have been bonding in this season of life through Facetime calls once a week.

Julia and Joanna met in 3rd grade when they had Mrs. Bassett's class together! They've kept up their friendship through moves and relationships and see each other as much as they can. :)

John and Joanna adopted Muffin from Petco through Smitten with Kittens. She is the cutest little calico kitty and absolutely ADORES her parents. She's a bit crazy sometimes, but her cuteness makes up for it! While she won't be joining us for the actual day, she'll be so happy to have John around the house even more after the wedding!!

Emily is Joanna's godsister! Joanna was the flower girl in Emily's mom's wedding, and now Emily gets to be the ring bearer and junior bridesmaid in Joanna's! Such a sweet, full circle moment! :)
