Railroad Square is full of vintage shops, boutiques, and a couple of restaurants and places to grab a bit to eat! There's even a pinball arcade called Flippin' Great Pinball, which is GREAT to spend some time when it's really hot outside!
Go to the top of the capitol to see the whole city of Tallahassee!! They have an art gallery that you can browse that overlooks the city. Great if you want to escape the heat! You can even bring some lunch up there, which John and Joanna have done many times.
A HUGE museum on the outskirts of town! John and Joanna come here on dates all the time! It's a great place for out-of-towners here since it's a diner, an ice cream parlor, a candy shop, a disc golf store, AND a toy store all in one!! It's a true Tallahassee gem :) They have the BEST brunch of all time and would be the perfect thing to grab on a morning out of town, or eat some ice cream as a late-night after-dinner treat!! Hours: Monday to Saturday 7am to 10pm, Sunday until 9pm Brunch: 7am to 1:30pm Sunday to Thursday Brunch for dinner: 7am to 7:30pm Fri & Sat
Ology is a great local brewery here in town!! There are a few locations in Tallahassee, but the Midtown location has a local pizza shop, Gaines Street Pies, right next to it! And, if you order pizza and decide to sit in Ology to drink a beer or any other beverage of choice, they'll bring the pizza right to you! :)
