No. This is an adult-only celebration in a resort town that is everything but kid friendly. We promise that your children do not want to visit Santa Fe or come to our wedding either. Miss Jordan has dedicated her life and career to caring for other people’s children – so she will be taking this night off! We hope you do too!
Please RSVP as soon as humanly possible, ideally right now while you’re reading this. Santa Fe just ranked as the #1 best place to visit in the U.S. — so we recommend making your travel and lodging plans well in advance if you're planning on coming. If we haven’t heard from you by April 1st, we will have to assume that you’re not coming and there will not be a seat or a dinner plate reserved for you.
We’d love for you to dress your best this weekend! For the wedding ceremony and reception on Sunday, formal attire is requested. The ceremony will take place outdoors in late-May at high elevation. Please dress accordingly for warm weather with highs in the mid-70's, but cooling off quickly into the evenings. Women are encouraged to wear long dresses or elegant cocktail attire; men, please wear suits — ties are appreciated but not required. For the welcome party on Saturday the vibe is casual and laid-back, but feel free to embrace a southwestern style: cowboy boots, denim, linen, turquoise, fringe, bolo ties, hats, and western flair are all welcome! Please see the "Dress Code" page for more ideas and examples!
The ceremony will take place on the rooftop garden of La Terraza at La Fonda on the Plaza and will begin promptly at 4:45 PM. Please allow ample time for parking and walking through the plaza if you're not staying nearby. To get to the rooftop, enter through the main hotel lobby and take the elevator to the 5th floor and follow the signs. The terrace over looks the Cathedral and surrounding mountains, you won't miss it!
We’re so excited to share a delicious meal with you as part of our celebration! Please review the entrée options below and make your selection when you RSVP. Each dish will be served with fresh bread and a seasonal house salad. Classic Chicken La Fonda Topped with sautéed red onions, bacon, green chile, cheddar & jack cheese, and green chile cream sauce. Served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables. Char-Grilled Top Sirloin Served with grilled yukon gold potatoes, squash, peppers, onions, and finished with avocado chimichurri. Roasted Poblano (Vegetarian Option) Stuffed with roasted spaghetti squash, root vegetables, and quinoa pilaf, served with roasted red pepper coulis.
We’ve listed several hotel options on the "Travel Page" — all of which are located on or near the Santa Fe Plaza for convenience. That said, more affordable options can be found throughout the city if you're open to a short drive or rideshare. Santa Fe is especially busy this time of year, and hotel rates may surge so we highly recommend booking early. If you’re traveling with a group, consider reserving an Airbnb or VRBO nearby. We’ve pre-saved a few Airbnbs with friends and family in mind. If you’d like to stay in one of those, please reach out to us — we're happy to coordinate.
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, but we absolutely want everyone we love to be able to join us — even if that means traveling with little ones. To support that, we’ll have an on-site childcare space at La Fonda on the Plaza for the wedding ceremony and reception, hosted by a trusted PICU nurse. If you think you’ll be needing this option, just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly!
We’ll miss you — but please let us know as soon as possible by submitting your RSVP. We’re planning a seated dinner and need an accurate headcount. If we don’t hear from you by April 1st, we’ll assume you can’t make it (and we’ll be sad, but understanding).
We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but due to limited space at our venue, we had to be selective. We’ve carefully gone over our guest list many (many) times, and we can confidently say that no one has been accidentally left out. If someone wasn’t listed on the invitation, it means they are not invited. When you RSVP online, you’ll see only the guests included in your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
