Question
Can I take the shuttle from my friend's Air Bnb or Hotel Vermont even if I'm not staying there?
Answer
No!!! Please only use the shuttle pickup locations if you are staying at that location. Driving over to your friend's pickup location may seem like a good idea, but we have allotted a certain number of seats per van, per pickup location, and this is not flexible. Additionally, Hotel Vermont and other lodging locations prefer we do not have people parking there who are not guests. Please park at the Charlotte Central School and take the shuttle van from there if you do not have local accommodations with a shuttle pickup listed.

The wedding celebration will be cocktail attire and will take place at several outdoor/tented locations around the property. Please choose your shoes accordingly.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE Ceremony and RECEPTION IF I WANTED TO DRIVE MYSELF?
Answer
There is no parking available at the house for personal vehicles. Transportation service will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttle Departure Schedule: Please be ready at the front entrance of your pickup location a few minutes early. Shuttles will depart promptly at the following times: 340 North Shore Road Pick Up Time: 3:15 PM Hotel Vermont and Courtyard Marriott Burlington Pick Up Time: 3:45 PM *please meet at the front entrance of Hotel VT to load the shuttles 3 Austin Road Pick Up Time: 4:00 PM The Holiday Inn Express Pick Up Time: 4:15 PM The Inn at Shelburne Farms Pick Up Time: 4:15 PM Charlotte Central School Parking Pick Up Time: 4:20 PM 301 Deer Point Road Pick Up Time: 4:30 PM 1108 North Shore Road Pick Up Time: 4:40 PM Shuttle Return Schedule: Shuttles will be available for any return trips throughout the night. Final return shuttles will be available at the end of the event at 10:30 pm. If you are local or plan to drive yourself, please plan to park at the Charlotte Central School at 408 Hinesburg Rd, Charlotte, VT 05445. We will have a shuttle pick up promptly at 4:20 pm to bring you to the ceremony. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to park and board the shuttle. Shuttles to and from the Charlotte Central School will be available throughout the night, so you will be able to return to your car if needed. I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes. Once we send out formal invitations in the Spring, please note any allergies in your RSVP to the reception.

Update on Rick's Health
Answer
The wedding is on! Rick and I intend to proceed as planned on June 3! Please send in your RSVP cards as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Rick’s tumor was indeed cancerous, but the surgeon thinks he got it all. Rick will need follow up with an oncologist. We’re happy that the timing of appointments is such that he will be healed from surgery, and we will both be able to enjoy our wedding. Please join us, Jan and Rick
