When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Wedding invitations/RSVP's will be sent out around early June. You will find RSVP instructions on the invitations, and you can expect to RSVP by mid-August.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
We ask that all of our guests RSVP online.
Question
Are children and plus-ones allowed?
Answer
We love your children, but we are not accommodating guests under age 18 on our wedding day. Invitees are clearly addressed on your save the date and invitations.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
Answer
Bus transportation will be arranged to and from the hotel block on a schedule. If you elect to reserve other lodging, we ask that you find your own transportation to the venue. We recommend carpooling as parking is limited. Please stay tuned for a transportation schedule as we get closer to the event.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Our wedding day dress code will be formal, but the welcome party will be dressy casual.

What is the wedding day itinerary?
Answer
Our wedding will take place at the View at Bluemont on Friday, September 26. The ceremony will begin at 5pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 11pm.

Will there be other events throughout the weekend?
Answer
We invite all of our guests to join us for a welcome party on the evening before our wedding. Details can be found on the schedule tab of our website.

Question
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have reserved an initial block of rooms at the Home2 Suites in Leesburg, VA. Details can be found under the Travel tab.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?
Answer
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, there is plenty of additional lodging in the Leesburg/Dulles area.

How do I select my meal?
Answer
Meal selection will be part of the RSVP process.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Of course! You can expect a selection of beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
