How do I update my contact information?

Visit the following link to update your contact information: https://www.zola.com/addr/0r4jXjnY3 If you haven't already provided your email address, please do so as we plan to send out updated information as it becomes available. Any information sent via email will also be available on our website so make sure to check back periodically!

How do I book my stay at the resort?

Answer

Navigate to the "Travel" page of this website and click the "View" button under one of the listed resorts. If you're planning to bring children, you should book your stay at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall resort. Otherwise, you should book your stay at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall resort. IMPORTANT: Remember to select the exact amount of people who will be staying with you to avoid any unexpected charges upon check in. Both resorts are all-inclusive and prices are per person/per night.

Question

When I select my dates under the room block, I'm being told that there is no availability. What should I do?

Answer

Most rooms are blocked from June 1, 2023-June 4, 2023. If you want to arrive earlier and/or stay later, email us your preferred dates at Janae.Keenan.2023@gmail.com and we will have the block updated to accommodate you! Please note the deadline to book using the room block is May 1, 2023

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

The ceremony and catamaran cruise are RSVP-only events. If your invitation says “and Guest,” or is addressed to more than 1 guest, then you are welcome to bring them to those events. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. If you are planning on traveling with additional guests and would like to bring them to any RSVP-only events, please let us know, as we may be able to accommodate them!

How can I monitor flights to ensure I receive the best price?

Answer

If you haven’t begun monitoring flight prices, now would be a great time to start! We suggest using Google Flights to set up price alerts to ensure you get the best price. Instructions for how to do that can be found here: https://support.google.com/travel/answer/6235879?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop Upon setting up an alert, Google will periodically send you emails informing you of flight price increases and decreases. To set up alerts using Google Flights, you will be required to sign into your Gmail account. If you do not have one and do not want to create one, another great option for monitoring flights is Hopper. You will need to to to the app store to download the app on your iPhone or Android device to track prices. Once you have, simply enter your departure city and enter “MBJ” as your destination. You will have the option to filter further to only show non-stop flights or flights with short layovers. After entering that information, input your travel dates and click “Select These Dates”. From there you will be able to view flight options by clicking “View Flights” and/or monitor flight prices by clicking “Watch This Trip”. Hopper will send you periodic notifications with price updates and recommendations on when to book. Once you’ve found your flight at the price you think is best, you can book through Google Flights, Hopper, or directly with the airline servicing the flight you’re interested in booking.
