FAQs

Some frequently asked questions and our best attempt to answer them.
Question

Does this mean you are not having the wedding in March?

Answer

No, absolutely not! We have to get our legal paperwork out of the way and want to to invite everyone to celebrate with us after, especially, if you are not able to join us in Mexico a month later.

Question

What is the plan for the day?

Answer

We are planning on heading to the courthouse in the afternoon to get all of the paperwork done. Guests are still restricted, due to COVID guidelines. So, if you want to celebrate with us, we would love for you to join us afterwards at our favorite restaurant, Casco Antiguo. We will have some delicious margs and food to celebrate and spend time with everyone! Then, we can see where the night takes us...maybe a drag show, maybe a Mario Kart afterparty..

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We do! Please check out more information on the registry tab of this website. We are not looking for gifts, but would rather you help us start our family!!

Question

Where should we stay, while in Seattle?

Answer

There are numerous Airbnbs and hotels in Seattle, but we recommend staying in the downtown area, for easy access (e.g., downtown, Belltown, South Lake Union and Capitol Hill). Some nearby hotels include the Pan Pacific, the Westin, Hotel Five, and citizenM.

Question

How do we get there and how do we get around?

Answer

Flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is recommended for those flying in. The easiest way to get around town is via Uber/Lyft, or walking!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

For the celebration at Casco Antiguo, we recommend wearing dinner/evening attire in black, grey or white.
