It was a rainy, cold, and typical Seattle day in fall. A Sunday, specifically, when we received notifications on our phone that "It's a match". Like many individuals, we met on tinder, but instantly felt like this was different. We were both cautiously excited about the match. "Hi Cutie" Randee's message started it all. From there we began texting, and it felt as though we finally met again, after a long time apart. We met for the first time, shortly after, at Foreign National, a dark, bougie (per Randee's request), speakeasy cocktail bar in Seattle. Again, it was rainy and cold. Jana had just landed a few hours earlier, rushed to dinner and then to meet up with Randee for the first time. Standing outside anxiously and waiting for Randee to arrive.
